Guests for the Spring, Summer and Fall may enjoy a Breakfast for an additional fee at the Union Gables Inn.
Breakfast is served between 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M., prepared and cooked to order with fresh ingredients including local eggs from Thomas Poultry Farm, Battenkill Farm milk, and local, seasonal produce during the Summer and Fall months. Choose from a selection of omelets, pancakes, French toast, eggs, oatmeal, granola, fruit and yogurts.
For or those looking for something earlier than the 8:00 A.M. breakfast service, on weekends throughout the year there is a selection of fresh baked scones, breads, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurts and granola available beginning at 7:00 A.M.
Breakfast is served at a variety of tables overlooking the gardens, cozy romantic corners on marble top tables, or a favorite during the Fall and Wintertime is fireside in front of one of the two fireplaces. The front porch as it wraps around the Inn with its comfortable seating becomes the breakfast setting for many guests during the Spring and Summer. Breakfast is $10 per person for those staying at the Alexander House.
